Director of Operations
Rachael earned her B.S. in Psychology at The University of Kansas, her master’s in clinical psychology at Missouri State University then went on to complete her BCBA coursework at Florida Institute of Technology and became a BCBA in 2014. Rachael’s past experience includes research on autism prevalence for The Center for Disease Control and over 20 years experience working directly with children and adults with autism. Rachael was previously the director of an early childhood ABA clinic for 6 years before coming to Creating Connections where she gets to impact even more lives.
What Rachael enjoys most about her job is seeing parent’s reactions when they see their child do something they’ve never done before. “I love the impact early intervention has on the lives of young children.” In her spare time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, snowboarding, riding roller coasters, trying new restaurants, and going to the lake.
